Separate Names and Numbers

Hello, Please help me in separating the names and numbers from the single cell of values as shown in the attached spreadsheet.

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:
How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save

Sorry for violating the rule. I should have read the rules before I had started posting in it. I am quiet new here. I am liking this thread very much to the extent that i check this regularly like facebook. Thank you for pointing out the mistake
