Cell expand & contract (height only) when longer value appears via VLOOKUP

Hi all,
I'm trying to format several cells on a front sheet of a database & I'm wishing to have these particular cells expand and contract in height based around the length of data appearing in the cell.
I've used the wrap-text and Auto Fit functions - these require manual input - I'm wishing to do have this done automatically with no input from the user.
File attached, cells highlighted in red.
