Help with invalid reference error please

Hi All,

I have just set-up a dashboard for work, its one Ive used before and never had a problem with, only this time it keeps flashing up the error:

"A Formula in this workbook contains one or more invalid references"

Its driving me crazy because I cannot find the source.

This is the first time Ive used it with Excel 2010, could that be relevant?

Ive a attached a copy, if anyone can help I would be forever in your debt,
