Different days equals different price...

Hello

I am trying to finish up a simple rental items sheet for they guys in the back shop. I got great help from here on automatically selecting the price when i select the item from a drop down. (they are gonna love this sheet) But now, i realized that they charge less if items are rented for more than 5 days. I already have a somewhat complicated formula in there. I need to make the column it pulls from change if the rental days are more that 5. Please see attached sheet, and thanks.

See the answer on the attached.

I see the NBVC stayed with your Index function and I used a VLookup. Use whichever you like.
