Need to Find the Maximum Sum of Four Consecutive Rows in an Array

You can use below formula in column C:-
=SUM(B2:B5)
and drag it down, now top of this i.e., in cell C1, you can use below formula:-

=MAX($C$2:$C$1048576)

which will give the max sum of 4 consecutive rows.. thanks.
