calculate standings (sports)

Hi all,
Im trying to build a formula which calculates the standings in a for example football competition.
I looked on internet to see if I could find a link.
Ive been creative myself which resulted in the attachment.

It works pretty well, except when 2 teams end the same. I want goal difference to make a rank.

P1:C6 is tabel with ranking
F11:I16 are results
K19:N22 is goal difference

its worksheet "deelnemende landen"

I just dont know how I can work goal difference in the table formula if 2 teams end with the same amount of point.

Anyone can help me?
If anyone knows another worksheet for calculating tables for for example football results I would be more then happy too.
