Exported Ribbon won't run macros from PERSONAL.XLSB

I've set up a custom ribbon including a tab that runs macros from my PERSONAL.XLSB. I thought that if I exported this, and also put the same macros into another user's PERSONAL.XLSB that it would work. I have done this, but on the other user's PC the buttons on the ribbon are still looking for the PERSONAL.XLSB on my PC.

I can't seem to amend the macros on the new tab: I can only remove the old ones and replace with new ones (meaning I've also got to rename it and choose a new button icon), which means I'm just setting up the ribbon again from scratch really. Any ideas?

No-one? If I make the XLSB an add-in would that work?
