Protecting excel 10 workbook

I've created a spreadsheet in the public drive at work in Excel 10.
I need to have it available for viewing by others.
I need to be the only one making changes to the workbook.
Essentially I want to have the workbook read only to all but myself.
when I read through the help articles none of the protection options seemed to fit my needs.
