Excel 2007 : combine text from two rows EDIT: from two or more

Hello, here is my problem. I have a XLS (that integrates an old database) and I need to put together more than 6000 lines as shown above. Split sentences in duplicated rows.

I hope someone knows an easy way to do it and kindly share it ! Thanks.
