Hello, here is my problem. I have a XLS (that integrates an old database) and I need to put together more than 6000 lines as shown above. Split sentences in duplicated rows.

I hope someone knows an easy way to do it and kindly share it ! Thanks.

See the attached file. The formula used is

=IF(B1="","",IF(B2="",E1&" "&E2,E1))

Hi again npamcpp, I don't mean to abuse of your time, but if you wanna lend me another hand with the same issue I'll appreciate it.

Although your formula did perfectly solve my request, my problem was a little bigger.

Sometimes I need to combine not only 2 but 3, 4, 5 or more rows in one.

Can that be formulated all at once?

Formulas cannot loop through a range and concatenating a varying number of cells cannot be done easily in a formula. This would require a VBA UDF. Out of my league. You may want to post this in the Programming forum.
