Hardcoding a page full of formulas

Is there an easy way to hardcode the values displayed in an entire sheet?

Follow the below..

Select All --> Ctrl+A
Copy selection --> Ctrl+C
Paste Special Values --> Alt+E, S, V

Follow the same steps to record a VBA macro to do that too!
