Hi,
Need help on data validation. range a1 to a10 i want to input only number, without any black cell and if any nil value should be inpute as 0.
If not inpute any value in cell inpute messege should be pop up that "input any number or 0".
is there any option in data validation in excel 2010 .
Pls help

Yes, select the range and then go to Data validation < Input message < check box to show message when cell selected < Type message < Ok

Thanks.. but what criteria should apply in setting
None - unless you want to set it at "Whole number" (Greater than zero) but you can ignore the "Settings" tab. Go to the "Input message" tab.

i want that in selected range any cell should not blank all cell should input any number of minimum 0 .
selected range have already number but if i want to delete any cell should not allowed and pop up msg

NO, number should not allowed to delete, if cell deleted requied msg inpute any value or atleast 0
