Name the person who acquired MAX

Hi Friends,

I have a file like this :--

Name Marks
Ram 76
Shyam 56
Manoj 77
Kapil 90
Deo 89

I just want the output to be like this, i.e. to search the max value in the column 'B' and return corresponding name from the column 'A'
