Unhappy Password protection

I've forgotten the password I've set on a spreadsheet. Can I get the data out in any way, even if it's a different format so that I can then copy and paste into a new spreadsheet and re-do the formulas if I have to???

    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

OK, sorry, didn't mean to cause any trouble. I managed to remember the gist of it in the end and got there by process of elimination!
