Match same data from diff. columns and group them under unique values

Hello all,
This is something I am trying to solve but no luck up till now...at least with an easy way.
In the attached sample file, what I want to achieve is:
A) Match/Group the ports that are present in the columns from E to L, both those who are repeated (duplicates as I have tried to show with conditional formatting) and those who are not (unique for instance).
B) All must correspond to the bigger list of ports (that contains them all) in column B with a representative number as showed.
*Note that Column L (F header) is related with prices in the columns M & N that I would like to be able to link later on for each port of F.
As I am not very familiar with complex formulas, I am trying to match the ports with VLOOKUP, conditional formatting that I cannot easily cope with (a mess with the colors) and lot of manual work.
Currently trying to understand how Index/Match functions work...

Will appreciate if you can give me your lights!
