I am trying to build a timeline for a project I am working on. I would like to be able to work backwards from the completion date and be able to assign due dates to the various tasks.

For example:
Completion Date 10/1/12
Utilities Transferred 9/1/12 (4 weeks)

What I would like is for this to be able to change dates if the completion date changes. Is this possible?
