Excel 2007 : Macro to identify missing minutes

Trying to figure out a Macro or set of formulas that identify missing minutes in a data set. There should be an entry for every minute for a year... I have noticed duplicates, missed minutes, hours and in one case week. I have a years worth of minutes to review and looking for a marco to assist in identifying and flagging the missed minutes, so I can manually enter the additional data.
