Cell Contents Lookup

I have a column of data that I would like to evaluate to determine if certain keywords exist anywhere with in the text. If there is a match with the keyword I would like the keyword to be identified in the column to the right of the data I am evaluating. I would like to maintain a list of those keywords outside the main table that may change from time to time. I have attached a sample sheet. "Evaluate" column is the data I would like to evaluate. "Lookup" is the data I would like to search for within the text of the "Evaluate" column". "Results" is where I want the keyword to be displayed if there is a match.
