    Try in C3 copied down

    =SUMIFS(INDEX(EF!$D$2:$K$57,,MATCH($C$1,EF!$D$1:$K$1,0)),EF!$C$2:$C$57,$C$1,EF!$A$2:$A$57,$A3,EF!$B$2:$B$57,$B3)

    Sorry Jeff,

    Just worked it out myself. The #VALUE Error was occurring because the named range I was using included the date row.
