Automatically Update Vendor Pricing?

Your problem sounds interesting. It seems to root back to how you get info from the vendor. Is a phone call the only way, or perhaps could they send you an email or even better an Excel spreadsheet with component prices on a regular basis? From what I gathered the vendor phone calls are the most time consuming.
