    Get #REF error when deleting rows on another worksheet - Excel 2003

    Ok guys, I've been trying to figure this out all morning.

    the formula I'm using is:

    =IF('ELEC '!A3<=0,"NONE",'ELEC '!A3)

    Now, on the ELEC page, I have to paste a bunch of stuff, and delete the rows of what's not needed. When I do, I get:

    =IF('ELEC '!#REF!<=0,"NONE",'ELEC '!#REF!)

    and the next row down has the formula that should be in that cell. Is there any way to keep from having the REF error when deleting the referenced rows, and just having the formula stay the same, pulling from the new A3?
