How do i plot the attached individual staff performance on a Bell Curve?
Column A is the Rating and Column B is the number of staff that achieved that rating

Yes it is, thank you!
How did you plot it? Is it a normal line chart?
In fact it is a line chart with a superimposed trend line. You don't see the line chart because I changed the setting to "no line" and therefore the line chart is invisible. So all you see is the trend line.
