Time Lookup

I have a set of data with times in one column and corresponding data in an adjacent column. It is at 1-minute intervals. How can I build a formula where I can have another cell show what the data value is for the corresponding current time?

To clarify more, my A column has 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM at 1-minute intervals and my B column has data for each interval. I want to show in another cell the data that reflects current time.
