    Organizing Data by date

I'd like to find some way shift the hours data from one sheet to the other. As you can see, it is possible for a person to have multiple hour "sessions" within a single day. Any thoughts?

It looks like you are trying to fill in 321 from 123? Is that correct? If so you are trying to get the specific date information for each employee into the array sorted by name and date out of the column format?

That is correct. For instance, if you look at Gladden, Teresa you'll notice she logged on twice on the 4th for total of 1.21 hours. So I would like to find a way, (using vlookup perhaps?) that grabs the hours from both logins and sums them up next to her name on the fourth.

@vikas189 testing123 is spreadsheet that an online program exports into excel. I'm a teacher and I'm required to sum up all the hours for each student every month by day. There are 4 other pages within the site that spit out hours as well, hence the reason Im looking for a way to teach more and do this less.
