make a repair and maintenance report with printable form

hi, first of all i want to greet all members and admin
i have here a simple problem
i am new here at excell
please help me make a form in excel in my reporting
heres the problem
i have this form that on sheet 1 i will put the daily report about maintenance or repair
in each row the details and parts used
on the second sheet
is the printable form
but i cant make it
i dont know how to make it that if i put the RMR #
it will put all the details from the first sheet on that rmr number
i cant figure it out
hope someone can help me

The attached covers most of what you're looking for. What's missing are part numbers 2, 3, etc. because you didn't indicate in your sample worksheet how the data would be shown. For example, would you have separate lines with the same RMR or ... ? If you can provide this information, we can show you how to do this.

i mean about the parts is
sometimes 1 engine uses 4 or 5 parts in repairing
so what i need is
it will show all the parts
part 1
part 2
part 3
etc

if you notice firt row and second row is the same rmr number
because that rnr use 2 parts
so i just write the same number and details but different part
but if you can help me it to be easier that it can be just write the part 2 part 3 etc
to be copied in the form

just give any form as you like to be
just need to be shown the all parts will be used
then i will try it to design just looks like vb project with button

Thanks for clarifying the multiple parts question. Is there a limit to the number of parts a RMR could have?

Also, why do you need a refresh button, unless the solution requires VBA? My proposed solution would not require that.

The attached has a new helper column A in Sheet1 that you can hide. Other than that, it all seems to work.
