Single Bar Chart - This should be easy, right?

Hmmm...not sure what a clustered bar chart is, probably wherein is the problem. I can attached or email the spreadsheet to you.

I have been trying to use a stacked bar chart, not a clustered bar chart. Basically, I would like all the information displayed in one single bar, each chart would have just one bar, data would show %'s and $'s for each.
