you could do this with a formula or macro
for example, type 1 to 10 in cells A1 to A10, then in B1 type
="='"&A1&"'!M1"
into B1 and copy into B2:B10
convert the formulas in B1:B10 to values. and search and replace the equals sign with another equals sign to convert the string to a formula
