    Ok - I see all your formulas and they look valid.

    Now, to use the power of Excel you should really put your data in a table. Then use running totals in a Pivot Table to see where you stand.

    Hi,

    I'd search the net for "Excel Grade Book" and see what others have done first. Your problem of wanting to calculate the score needed on many blank tests to arrive at 65% is too vague when there are lots of blanks.
