I'm having a difficult time finding the correct phrasing to see if this has been solved in the past. Hopefully this makes sense.
I have a master sheet of clients information ('Database' in purple), which includes the case manager assigned to them. My case managers each have a working tab (blue with their initials) to keep their own information but they want to reference just their active clients on their individual tabs.
How can I copy the info from the master sheet IF it contains the case manager's name in it while copying all the info in the row? I want the list to be adaptable such that if a client changes case managers or if they are exited, they will be wiped off the list.
Here's an example. I had to delete alot of data because of HIPPA, but I think this gives an idea. Normally the yellow and purple tabs are locked down so case managers can't manipulate them.
I would use a pivot table filtered by case manager, but the case manager's are having a hard enough time learning to use the red 'TFA' tab that autopopulated the yellow tab, so don't want to overwhelm them.
