Pivot repeat source data (text in values)

This is going to seem like a weird question in that I am asking to take data and represent it the exact same way, just in a pivot table. Please go on the basis that there is good reasoning for this and I need it in a pivot table.

In the attached, I have data showing loan numbers down the left with columns showing who entered the loan and who QCed it (the actual file has lots more data). I am running multiple pivot tables that can easily be updated when new data becomes available. One of the tables I want to show, is who entered and who QCed each loan. So in the end, I want the Pivot table to look just like the source data. Is this possible?

Sheet 1:-

Move Field Name in filter area, and Description in row area. Further, Field Code in values. But later on you have text as well in the Field Code column.
So, better use the Slicer option in MS-Excel 2010. Very helpful.
