Once again you can wrap it inside the Ceiling function.
=CEILING(ROUND(Table1!D18*0.82,2),0.5)
Bear in mind though than 0.5 will stay at 0.5 not move up. e.g. 3.50 will stay at 3.50 not move up to 4.00.
