    Number categorisation help please....

I would like to ask someones help with something here, so if you can help it would be great

Attached is a spreadsheet, containing a bunch of cellphone numbers supplied to us, now I need to categorise these numbers according to the numbers in the mobile number. The reason for this is that we can sell premium numbers at a higher price than normal numbers and the people here go crazy for a "good" number.

The first tab contain the "levels" and how the mobile number must be structured in order to fit into a level, the next tab contains some mobile numbers. Now I need to have a category next to each mobile number.

    Does this make sense?

    Please can someone help me?

    Thanks!!

Well, I think I understand what you want to accomplish, but I don't understand what the letters on the "Category" sheet represent.
