I'm new to forums and posting so forgive me if I inadvertently transverse the rules. I need some help to build some complex IF functions that calculate a value based on 3 variable ranges. Specifically I am trying to create a calculator that tells the Salesperson what commission they will earn each quarter. The rate of commission varies based on performance. ie: Once they achieve their annual target they get accelerated rates of commission. I have attached the example file which should show the logic of what I am trying to achieve. Any help from mathematical Excel guru's would be greatly appreciated. Regards Fats.CommsCalc Example.xlsx
