By "doubles" do you mean consecutive numbers?

How do you want to count the consecutive numbers? Just whole count in a row or a specific sequence?
Try this formula to count in a row.
=SUMPRODUCT((A4:P4+1=B4:Q4)*(A4:P4<>""))
