Export adresses in excel to Word labels?

Sometimes I get the exiting task to import clients addresses from a excelfile that looks like:

    |Name|Address|Zip-code and city|

I need to find a fast way to get them into a word template (that is a labeltemplate 3cm*5cm, adjusted for our labelprinter) so they are built like:

    Name
    Address
    Zip-code and adress

Its usually more than 400 addresses I need to adjust and copy+paste first name, address and Zip-code... is really frustrating, boring and most of all timeconsuming! Would be really great if any of you guys can guide me how to do this faster!

    Thanks!

if you want them in one cell and they are in cols a b c then in d1 put=a1&char(10)&b1&char(10)&c1 format cell to wrap text

Thanks! But then I just have them on the same horisontal line, I need them like this:
    Name
    Address
    ZIP & CITY

if you wrap the text it will be on 3 lines in the same cell which you can copy directly into word
mind you you could probably just use mail merge from word or if you want them in separate cells one above the other see alternative.xls

Thanks! But I stil dont manage to fix it, in your excelfile it looks great, but when I copy the code you have in the D-column everything just stays on the same line...

    I looks like this:

you must set the cells to wrap. format/cells/alignment check the wrap text box and why are you using char(13) it should be char(10)

Thank you so much! Now I solved it! Regarding the char13, I just played around and took a copy of the wrong one...
