Manipulating Extend Data

Is there a way to manipulate the Extend Data feature? For example, say I have formulas in E5, F5, and G5 and I want to reference B11, B7, and B3. Do the same thing for H5, I5, and J5, referencing C11, C7, and C3. This will repeat a lot of times. When I try to use the extend feature, the fourth cell(H5) references E11 instead of C11.

So I'm trying to reference those values in the chart that is at the bottom. If you look at the two lines I put in the bottom chart, the first rows is of the correct format (which I typed in by hand). The second row, I just want to be able to have the same format as the first line, I have around 75 more values that I need to add so I want a way to be able to drag across the lower chart and having the correct references to the upper chart. The upper chart are values that are pre determined, I just want to copy them to the lower chart. Thanks
