Problems with the IRR function

Hi,

I have the following cash flow stream:
0.00
2800.00
0.00
8100.00
1940.00

I used the IRR function to calculate therate of return and I received #NUM!
any help is appreciated

You have to have an investment then returns to get an IRR. Help file of the function says
"Values must contain at least one positive value and one negative value to calculate the internal rate of return"
