    Creating a Process Schedule from Project Data

    Hi there,

    I have a document (attached) which is a simple project schedule with projects 1-5. Each project has a range of processes which are in different sequences and orders. What I want to do is create a schedule for the individual processes. That is, I want to know what projects process 1 has to do, and what projects process 2 has to do and so on. I want to display the data in a list format as shown to the right of the data.

    I have tried different things but everything I tried creates gaps in between each project in the process schedule. I want the process schedules to flow nicely as if they were a good schedule. I really appreciate your help!
