How to paste cells exactly as displayed?

I have a cell formatted as a fraction. The value of the cell is 0.75 but it displays as 3/4. I want it to paste as text to look like 3/4, how do I do this?

You'd need to convert it to text first

=TEXT(A1,"0/0") and then you can paste the fraction in that cell (paste special values). Don't think there's a way to do it directly.
