Nested If Embedded Funtion in Time Sheet

I would like to solve this time sheet. A week is worked Monday to Saturday. Usual hours 7.30 Am to 4 pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
Regular hours are 8, the first 2 hours after that are paid at time and a half, then double time over the first 2. Saturday hours are overtime the first 2 being time and a half, then double time then after. I need to use a nested if function to calculate overtime, time and a half, double time columns.
