    Substituting text

    I have a formula that looks like this in cell A3 =PSPropertyResult("{D122AF4E-7391-4D58-A8F7-D1FEA392B97A}", "Name"). What I want to do is have this link to a Cell in A4 that gets the answer of this cell but uses the word "Wall Height" instead of "Name" so the value would change. Any ideas how this would work.

    The example I am posting shows how the end result would look.

    Re: Substituting text

    Dear Skatcb,

    "= PSPropertyResult"
    This is not an inbuilt Excel function.
    this is the custom function that can be created by Writing VBA code.
    your attached file doesn't have that vba code .so this function u cant use any more in this file.

    I know that, this pulls from a program and populates that cell. What I want to do is make it so I can copy that and change the one part that pulls something different from the program
