    Conditional Formatting Not Automatically Changing

    Hello,
    I am using MS Excel 2010 and applied below conditoinal Formatting from H8:H15 cells.
    '=AND($E4="Yes",$K4<>"Closed",$H4<TODAY(),$H4<>"")

    Now the problem is this that if I do some cahnges in E column with Yes or in K column with Closed. H Cell never changes automatically!!! If i double clock inside of that cell that its color changes or If i save & close work book and then open it work. But its not automatically changing.

    I've checked Auto Calculatoin and its ON.
