Filling in cells based on what another cell says

using Conditional Formatting in a table

ok this is what i am trying todo

A5:A500 has a drop down list w/ about 6 items (ie. Drop Request, Add Request, Pending etc)
F5:F500 w/ G5:G500 i have them counting down days. Thats working fine so thats not the issue.

in colum A when ever i select the word "Drop" from the drop down i want the cell from colum F to be filled in w/ blacked out

    example

    A B C D E F
    1
    2 "Drop" Black
    3

    any suggestions?
