    Vlookup with email address column

I have a 2 sheets in a workbook (Excel 2010) and both have three columns (firstname, lastname, email). For some reason Vllokup returns #N/A when I am trying to look for email address from one sheet into another. I see that there are many emails which exists in both sheets. I have lookup value as one cell from Sheet 1 (such as A2 which is email address), I have lookup array from Sheet2A$1:C$8 (to cover all of Sheet 2), I want to returm column 3 (which is email address column in Sheet 2), and False as a last argument. It just does not work. I removed hyperlinks on email field, tried to concatenate firstname, lastname, email and then look for that value, I checked there are no spaces in email field. Please help.

Impossible to be certain without seeing your problem in context. You'll need to upload your workbook
