Not sure how to phrase the question - 'sort to show cheapest price of parts?'

I am working on a database of mechanical parts used in making cars, from seats and stearing wheels right down to nuts and bolts, sold by different suppliers, with over 7,000 lines of information to sift through.

Column A - a list of part numbers
Column B - the name of the supplier selling that part
Column C - the price they are selling the part for

What I want is to add something into column D that will tell you which supplier sells that part for the lowest price.

I don't want to use filters that will reguire a specific search for each item and I don't want somethin that will remove information as it might be updated as prices change.

    Any ideas?

So for the first entry, part 'AB1872' is supplied by supplier 'B4' at a price of '11.70' and in column D then 'B4' should show as they are the cheapest supplier of that part. 'B4' should then show against the other data for part 'AB1872'.

The next part is 'AB1885' and supplier 'H9' should show in column D for each entry for that part as they are the cheapest.

It would be great if this information was able to update itself as the prices were changed.
