Saving .csv into .txt problems

Hello everyone

I am having a problem that is the one bellow:
When I try to save data from csv files into txt files, the output for txt file does not present numbers but japanese characters, what is very strange.
I have tried to copy and paste form excel to txt, but the first line (encompassing all the columns) is broken and I cannot display it in a single line with all the columns. May you help me with this question? Thank you very much
