Can't update pivotchart

Hello everyone,

I have an issue whereby on a worksheet I click on data-> refresh all. However i get an error message telling me that it can't find the pivottable source file. Whcih is weird as I have selected a data range for it from an adjacent worksheet in the same file???

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Hi James,


Are you clicking on pivot chart to refresh OR you are clicking on Pivot table to refresh..?
I would suggest you to check the pivot source first and refresh pivot and then check the pivot chart- if all is well.

The problem has been solved myself. I deleted the other file and jsut redid the graphs. Worked out a lot easier. Although the second question I have is a little different but much easier.

I have an autosum box to find the MAX value in a column of a dataset. However I want to limit the potential MAX value to 365, so any number over that value will not show up as the max number for the dataset. What formula do I need to type?
