Help merging identical rows?

I do audits on customer accounts and delete any accounts that appear to be duplicates.
My excel spreadsheets have a name column, a phone # column, an address column, and a results column (where I write whether the account should be deleted or not).
I want to be able to merge all the rows in the results column when the corresponding names in the name column are identical. Is there a formula/conditional formatting that can do this?

Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button.
