Using dynmanic range names to retrun intersect on a table

Hi, First post, apologies if it's stupid or simple. I have a table of data with months across the top (Jan, Feb, etc) and Names down the side (John, Bill, etc) the table then contains numbers.

In the past if I wanted to extract data from this table I would use INDEX or lookups.

I have named all of the rows and columns (CTRL SHIFT F3 ENTER) and realise that I can now return the intersect of any point in the table using, for example =Feb Bill. This is great but how can I make this dynamic so I have one cell that I can select month, one for name and then the intersect of those two names is returned in another cell?

Hope that makes sense. I have attached where I am, row 9 has the static version, I want to pick up B11 and B12 and use that instead

    Thanks

That would be nice, so others see that no more work is required.
