3 Conditional Formatting - 3rd one not working ?

    Assuming this is Excel 2003 or earlier (please update your profile to state your version): The order of the conditions matter. If Excel finds a condition that is TRUE, it will format the cell and not carry on with the next condition. In this case, AI577 is empty, which is the same as =0 so the fill will be set to no color and the evaluation stops.

    Depending on the logic and flow in your workbook, you will need to re-order the conditions.

    In Excel 2007 and later, you can choose to stop after a condition is TRUE or to carry on evaluating all conditions. This is done in a tick box in the Rules Manager.

    Thank You ... As to update my profile ... At work its 2003 and home its 2007.

    Will give the order a try.
